Some Thoughts
Writing is difficult. Seldom do I really get to put onto paper the fantasies, the scenarios, and the stories that I write in my mind- all my subjective nonfiction and complete fiction that swims around.
Sometimes it all doesn’t seem worth writing when the act of imagining is so much more fun. Thoughts are ever changing, adaptable, constantly rewritten, these are the stories that are most fun to develop. When I put them on paper, are they stuck?
When I write I must admit to having the thoughts, I must commit to having the thoughts. The thoughts aren’t just mine anymore.
I want to write, but where do I start?
Which thoughts do I pursue and transform into language?
Which story do I put out there?
I am full of fantasy, I just don’t know how to make any of it reality, reality on paper- but is there such a thing?
